The Diplomat is a blend of Leccino and Frantoio oils, harvested in Spring 2017. Medium to medium robust, this oil is clean, full of fruit and fresh grass in the nose, ending in a sweet, clean and pleasantly peppery finish.  This is a great 'first step' oil for newcomers to Good Oil!
